During the day you’ll see exhilarating games of Pure Polo, have a chance to mingle with the Polo Players, take part in a ‘Divot Stomp’ to the Pretty Woman theme song, be able to wander through the trade area, network and enjoy a day in rural Sydney!
Whether you’re a seasoned Polo attendee or new to Polo, we have put together packages that will ensure you have a memorable day. The ‘Signature’ Marquee and ‘Bar Kronenbourg 1664’ are all inclusive of your food and drink requirements for the day with fantastic door prizes! Additionally we can cater for Vegetarians by pre arrangement.
Robert Oatley Vineyards ‘Signature’ Marquee
$225 per person – BBQ Luncheon & drinks inclusive, 18+ only
To enhance your exclusive Polo experience, on arrival in the Car Park, you will be taken to the Marquee in either an E250 Mercedes or Lexus IS250 convertible, courtesy of Sydney’s Luxury Car Hire. Our marquee host, Amanda Rose, will ensure you’re shown to your table where you’ll enjoy a glass of Aurelia Champagne.
From 12 noon the Chefs from renowned Flavours Catering will start serving a fabulous Gourmet BBQ luncheon for you to enjoy, complete with a wonderful selection of hot and cold sides. On offer will be the fine Australian wines of Robert Oatley Vineyards ‘Signature’ series.
By 3.30pm you’ll be served a traditional English afternoon tea of Devonshire Scones and Petite Cupcakes – delicious! There will also be the opportunity to win some amazing door prizes through the day.

‘Bar Kronenbourg 1664’ Marquee
$135 per person – Finger foods & drinks inclusive, 18+ only
This is a wonderful way to enjoy a Sunday game of Polo. You will enjoy a more casual day meeting new friends or conversing with old ones with polo as your backdrop. Casual tables will be set up both in and outside the marquee, or if you’d prefer to stand by the bar, that is also an option.
Once again the Chefs from Flavours Catering will serve substantial finger food throughout the day while you enjoy either Kronenbourg 1664 (‘la première bière française’ - the best beer in France), or choose from the Robert Oatley Vineyards ‘Signature’ series.
Afternoon tea will be served and includes Devonshire Scones and Petite Cup Cakes.

Car Boot Picnic:
$100 per car and includes entry for 4 people
Situated on the eastern side of the field on a small embankment, this is the ideal spot to pull up the car to enjoy the Polo with your family or friends. Bring your own picnic (or purchase from the ‘Clubhouse’ Marquee), rug, chairs and an umbrella and get really close to the action!
General Admission:
With Adults at just $20.00 and Children at $15.00 each this gives you the freedom to wander around the grounds. Either bring a Picnic or buy Lunch at the ‘Clubhouse’ Marquee for Gourmet style treats.
The Clubhouse Bar will also be open for Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. We suggest you bring your own Picnic blanket and/or chairs.
